Greenfins Aquaculture Center of Excellence

The Greenfins Aquaculture Center of Excellence (GACE) is located at the University of Rhode Island's Bay Campus in Narragansett, home of the Graduate School of Oceanography. This new 4200 square foot facility is dedicated to pelagic finfish research with a 40' diameter tank holding more than 125,000 gallons of seawater. The facility is holding yellowfin tuna and mahi-mahi broodstock for breeding.
